Registration

The application to attend the school consists in two consecutive steps by completing:

  1. the scientific registration form (see below).
    Deadline May 30th, 2017.

    If your application is accepted (a formal invitation letter will be sent by email) then you can proceed to the next step.

  2. the registration form for lodging / logistics purposes at website

    Deadline for registration: June, 21st, 2017.
    Deadline for cancellation: June, 21st, 2017.
    Early bird for accomodation payment: May, 12th, 2017.

    Please do not book the hotel, the school will do that for you.

The application to a grant (scholarship) depends on the nationality of the applicant:

  1. students from outside Vietnam can apply at CIMPA website
    Deadline March 12th, 2017
  2. students from Vietnam can apply at Rencontres du Vietnam website
    Deadline June 11th, 2017

There are no registration fees.

The accompanying persons do not have to register at this stage but at the next step for the lodging / logistics purposes.

All participants are invited to submit a contribution at poster sessions.

Poster submission

The submission deadline for your contribution is May 30th, 2017.
Poster Title:

Send email with title and abstract to: Thierry Masson (CPT)
with the subject message = NCG2017 Submission for a Poster

For the abstract, proceed as follows:

  • retrieve this compressed folder;
  • write the abstract in LaTeX;
  • save your contribution into a folder (it must contain all the necessary files for compilation), with filename = F-I where
    • F=your family name,
    • I= firstname's initials,
    e.g. "Einstein-A".

You will be informed if your contribution is accepted (or not) in due course.

Accommodation Payment

Early bird for accomodation payment: May, 12th. The cost per person will amount to

  • 750 USD for a double room (950 USD after May, 12th)
  • 950 USD for a single room (1150 USD after May, 12th)
  • Accompanying person: 500 USD (600 USD after May, 12th)

It includes a full board for 10 days (see Accomodation page), local transportations (Hotel – ICISE), the shuttles from/to airport, the social activities, the banquet and the excursion on Sunday.

Payment can be made either

  • on line (the preferred method) at website for payment;
  • or by cash or credit card at the conference site;
  • or by interbank transfer at the following bank account.

The transfer should indicate clearly your name to identify the payee. Please inform the conference secretariat by fax or email that the transfer has been done. You should obtain proof of payment and hand it to the conference secretariat at the conference site. It will take at least four (4) weeks for our account to be credited, so please have the transfer made before July 3rd, 2017.
